The purpose of personal data processing is staff recruitment, i.e. selection process.
Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the application process, at latest within 3 months from the date of personal data provision. The company BILLDU may process your personal data even in a longer period if you gave consent to keeping your data in applicants database for the purposes of selection procedure upon opening of an appropriate working position. In such case, your personal data will be retained for 3 years. After this period, your data will be automatically removed and deleted from the database.
If we have selected you to fill the position, the company BILLDU will retain your personal data in your personnel file and conclude an employment contract with you; the contract will present a legal title for processing your personal data.
